โรงแรมกว้างขวางใหญ่โตมาก มีรถกอล์ฟรับส่งภายในโรงแรม ติดทะเล มีเซิร์ฟเฮ้าส์ แห่งแรกในเขาหลัก กิจกรรมมากมาย บรรยากาศภายในโรงแรมดี สงบร่มรื่นมาก ประทับใจการให้บริการทุกอย่างของที่นี่ ห้องพักรีโนเวทใหม่สะอาดราคาไม่แพง พนักงานน่ารักมากๆ ทุกคนทักทายยิ้มแย้มตลอดเวลาที่เข้าพัก และเอาใจใส่ลูกค้าเป็นอย่างดี

ก่อนอื่นต้องบอกเลยว่า ในการเข้าพักครั้งนี้เป็นการเช้าพักแบบครอบครัวและมีเด็กเล็ก จึงมีความต้องการที่จะให้เด็กๆได้สนุกกับทริปปิดเทอม จึงได้ทำการจองห้องพักที่เป็นห้องสำหรับ 3 ท่าน ไว้ 2 ห้อง 2 คืน แต่เมื่อไปถึงที่พัก ปรากฏว่า ห้องพักสามารถเข้าพักได้แค่ห้องเดียว ส่วนอีกห้องระบบประตูมีปัญหา ไม่สามารถเข้าพักได้ ต้องรอช่างมาแก้ไขเป็นชั่วโมง ส่วนในห้องพักที่เข้าพักได้ก็ไม่สามารถเปิดทีวีดูได้ เนื่องจากมีปัญหาเรื่องสัญญาณทีวี ส่วนสระว่ายน้ำเด็กที่เป็นเหมือนสวนน้ำก็ปิดใช้งาน และคาดว่าน่าจะปิดมาสักระยะหนึ่งแล้วด้วยจากการเดินสำรวจโดยรอบ ซึ่งเมื่อสอบถามกับพนักงานที่อยู่บริเวณนั้นก็ไม่สามารถให้คำตอบได้ว่าเสียตั้งแต่เมื่อไหร่ ก็เลยงงๆ ส่วน Kids Club ก็ปิดให้บริการเนื่องจากตรงกับงานปาร์ตี้พนักงานพอดี ก็เลยรู้สึกไม่พอใจกับการเข้าพักที่นี่ จึงได้ไปคุยกับทาง reception ซึ่งจำไม่ได้ว่า เป็นพนักงานชาวฟิลิปปินส์หรือสิงคโปร์ เพื่อติดต่อขอคืนเงินและขอ check out เลย อันนี้ต้องชมว่า พนักงานท่านนี้น่ารักและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี ไม่มีการชัดสีหน้า แต่ยังคอยพูดให้ใจเย็นลง ทั้งยังคอยแนะนำและช่วยหาทางออกให้ และจริงๆแล้วต้องบอกว่าห้องพักที่นี่ค่อนข้างกว้างและน่าพักมากด้วย แต่น่าเสียดายที่โรงแรมยังดูเหมือนไม่มีความพร้อมสักเท่าไหร่

It is regretful to read that you had a disappointing experience with our services. Thus, we wish to take this opportunity to clarify some points raised in your complaint.
Firstly before going to your room our team double check if the room was perfectly fine before we send our guest I sincerely apologize that you've waited the technician to open the room.Me and my team immediately send the technician to assist you regarding your TV problem.
Secondly the Kids Pool is closed during your arrival before we renovate the it to make our guest more satisfied with the service. But we promise you on the next day that it will be open.
Thirdly the kids club is open from 8:00-17:00 hrs everyday, yes we closed it earlier an hour before on the day you came.
However, whilst it was a pleasure to read the above comment, we were very sorry to learn that your stay with us was not up to your satisfaction. Please rest assure that your feedback means a lot to us.

พนักงานบริการดี น่ารักเป็นกันเอง ห้องมีขนาดเหมาะสม อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย มีสระว่ายน้ำแยกสำหรับเด็กพร้อมเครื่องเล่น สระว่ายน้ำของผู้ใหญ่ติดหาด แต่เสียดายวันที่ไปฝนตกเลยไม่สามารถเล่นน้ำได้ ในห้องไม่มีมินิบาร์ แต่มีร้านขายของในโรงแรมให้บริการ
