ดีทุกอย่าง พนักงานเป็นกันเองตั้งแต่หน้าล็อบบี้ ไปจนถึงห้องพักดีมาก แอร์เย็น ที่นอนสบาย ห้องพักสะอาด อาหารอร่อย และพนักงานบริการห้องอาหารหน้าทะเลแนะนำอาหารดี

พนักงานฟร้อนคือสิ่งที่น่าผิดหวังที่สุด
ไม่ recognize status member GHA ไม่แจ้งเบเนฟิตอะไรเลย ห้องอัพเกรดไม่ได้ก็ไม่แจ้ง ต้องให้ถามและชดเชยด้วยเครดิต 500 บาท จองมา 2 ห้อง บอกว่าให้เครดิตทั้ง 2 ห้อง แต่เมื่อเชคเอ้า กลับบอกว่าได้ห้องเดียว (ก็ตามนั้นครับ) คงมาครั้งแรก ครั้งเดียว และไม่ maintain status GHA แล้ว เพราะใช้ D$ หมดเลยกับที่นี่ / AVANI+ Khao Lak ประทับใจกว่ามากๆเลยนะครับ ลองไปดูว่าเค้าเทรนพนักงานยังไง

เป็นโรงแรมที่เคยมาจัดงานแล้ว 2 - 3 ครั้ง มาทุกครั้งห้องพักดี สถานที่จัดงานเหมาะสมทั้งสัมมนา และ จัด Concert พนักงานบริการดีเป็นกันเอง เซลล์ค่อยช่วยเหลือและแนะนำจนงานออกมาประทับใจผู้เข้าร่วมงาน ต้องกลับใช้บริการที่ Avani อีกแน่นอนครับ
