Feedback from our guests is important to us as it allows us to learn and improve as well as provide clarity to our guests’ comments and concerns. In the interests of our guests’ safety we are seriously concerned with your mention of a foreign object found in your room and have sent you a personal email requesting details of what this object may have been, as we have no record of anything being reported or handed in to us by you during your stay, and also nothing noticed in the rubbish by our housekeeping team and nothing found during an extensive search of the room.
We are hoping that you will respond to our request for information as soon as possible so that we can investigate and bring peace of mind for all concerned.
