ผมได้มีโอกาสมาพัก ที่ รร LM เชียงราย เริ่มต้น ที่ front ประทับใจการต้อนรับของ K. Kathin , K. Nai ที่ค่อยช่วยดูแล เรื่องห้อง ความเรียบร้อย และได้มารับประทานอาหารที่ favola เป็นอาหารอิตาเลียน รสชาติดีมาก เมนูในใจ
1 cacciucco เป็นซุป seafood ในน้ำมะเขือเทศ รสชาติดีสดชื่น
2 cotolletta allanmilanese เนื้อลูกวัวชุบเกล็ดขนมปังทอด หอมอร่อย เนื้อนุ่มมาก ไม่มีพังผืดเลย ไม่มีกลิ่น เชฟเพิ่ม BBQ source เข้ากันลงตัว
3 tiramisu เค้ก จะบอกว่า เป็นเค้ก tiramisuที่อร่อยที่สุดเคยทานมา
นอกจากนี้ต้องขอบคุณ K. Gunz ที่รังสรรค์เครื่องดื่มที่อร่อยลงตัว และ น้อง Toey, น้อง Nan, K. Boom, K. Hong ที่มาดูแล แนะนำการสั่งอาหาร และค่อยพูดคุยอย่างเป็นกันเอง ต้องบอกว่าอบอุ่นเหมือนทานอาหารที่บ้านครับ อีกท่านที่จะลืมขอบคุณไม่ได้คือ K. Wutt ที่ดูแล ทั้งที่ห้อง อาหารเช้า และ dinner
อยากให้มาลองพักและรับประทานนะครับ ถูกปาก และถุกใจ แน่นอนครับ
