และต้องขออภัยเป็นอย่างยิ่งสำหรับสถานที่จอดรถของทางร้านที่ไม่สะดวกกับทางลูกค้า หากครั้งถัดไปคุณลูกค้าสามารถเข้าไปจอดรถที่ลานจอดของทางโรงแรมได้นะครับ จะอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามกับทางร้าน หรือหากต้องการจอดตามไหล่ถนน ทางเรามีเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกให้ครับ
ทางร้านหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งในการให้บริการกับลูกค้าในคราวต่อๆไป

เราทุกคนต้องขอขอบพระคุณอย่างสูงที่ท่านได้กรุณาเสียสละเวลาอันมีค่ายิ่งในการเขียนเล่าถึงประสพการณ์ในการเข้าใช้บริการที่ห้องอาหาร Oceanside ของเราในครั้งนี้ อย่างไรก็ตามทางโรงแรมต้องขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกในการบริการมา ณ โอกาสนี้ด้วยครับ ซึ่งหลังจากที่เราได้รับ comment จากท่าน ทางเราก็ไม่ได้นิ่งนอนใจ เราได้เรียกประชุมพนักงานทุกระดับของห้องอาหาร และเร่งจัดทำการจัดอบรมความรู้ในงานทั้งทางด้านการบริการ, ด้านอาหารโดยทางเชฟของเรา และด้านเครื่องดื่มไวน์ โดยเราได้ติดต่อ Sommelier จากทางบริษัทไวน์ที่เราใช้บริการมาทำให้ความรู้กับพนักงานทุกคนในทันที เราทุกคนยังหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะได้มีโอกาสต้อนรับและรับใช้ท่านอีกครั้งในอนาคตด้วยนะครับ
