We have noted your comments regarding the animals in the gardens, this is a tropical garden and the wild life that goes with this is very much appreciated our guests. We however regret that the reservations and key card were not up to standard and have taken these comments back to the team for further improvements.

Indeed, Saithong is a magical place to sit in the evening, with the moonlight and the seaside with waves lapping at the shore, this makes for a very romantic scene. Thank you for highlighting this.
