ห้องพักสะดวกสบาย ถึงแม้แอร์จะเย็นช้าไปหน่อย แต่โดยรวมก็ถือว่าเย็นใช้ได้ค่ะ
สิ่งที่ชอบที่สุดในทริปนี้คือ การให้บริการของพนักงานของทุกส่วนงาน สุดยอดมากๆค่ะ

เป็นโรงแรมใกล้เมือง บรรยากาศโรงแรมดี เหมาะกับการพักผ่อน พนักงานได้รับการอบรมมาดีสุภาพ ยิ้มแย้ม แต่ให้บริการช้า ห้องพักเก่า ในการจองห้องพักไม่ได้สนใจสิ่งที่ลูกค้าร้องขอไป key card ที่ให้น้อยไป (2ห้อง 3ใบ) ในห้องน้ำมีอุปกรณ์ชำรุด ขาดการตรวจสอบ สวนต้นไม้ๆที่อยู่กลางสระว่ายน้ำมีสัตว์เกาะอยู่ขอบๆกำแพงเด็กกลัว ยังไม่ประทับใจ และไม่สมราคา

We have noted your comments regarding the animals in the gardens, this is a tropical garden and the wild life that goes with this is very much appreciated our guests. We however regret that the reservations and key card were not up to standard and have taken these comments back to the team for further improvements.

เตียงนอนนุ่มมาก สวนในโรงแรมสวยงามเป็นธรรมชาติ ของใช้ที่จำเป็นทุกอย่างถูกจัดวางในห้องพักอย่างครบครัน สระว่ายน้ำสวย มีบาร์ในสระว่ายน้ำ อาหารเช้าไม่เยอะมากถ้าเทียบกันเชอราตันหัวหิน ควรเพิ่มวาไรตี้ของอาหารเช้าให้มากกว่านี่้ พนักงานสเตชั่นไข่ ควรยิ้มแย้มและเต็มใจให้บริการ โดยรวมแล้วเป็นโรงแรมที่น่าไปพัก โรแมนติค ห้องพักสวยงาม สวนสวยงาม พนักงานต้อนรับ พนักงานทำห้อง พนักงานห้องอาหารบริการดีมาก มีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอน ไม่ควรพลาดบาร์ริมหาดตอนกลางคืน โรแมนติคสุดๆ ขอบคุณอนันตรา หัวหิน

Our breakfast experience is regularly commented on. We have a very creative breakfast team who are always looking for ways to provide the perfect start to the morning, combined with our colorful breakfast host, Alex the Macaw, our breakfast experience is commented on regularly.
