It was particularly pleasing to hear your comments on the tropical gardens and that you appreciated all the nature that comes with these surroundings. Indeed we are surrounded by 14 acres of lagoons, lush gardens, concept foot paths and a Thai Village concept which is quite unique.
It is very pleasing to read that you enjoyed the service offered by our team and that they were able to make you feel relaxed as soon as you arrived. Personalized service and top quality food is of great importance to Anantara, and we invest heavily into training to ensure every guest feels special. สถานที่สวยงาม อยู่ติดทะเล ภายในรีสอร์ทร่มรื่น สวยงาม ห้องพักกว้างขวางพอสมควรแต่การบริการของพนักงานในบางส่วนยังขาดๆเกินๆบ้าง ไม่ได้มาตรฐานโรงแรมห้าดาวเท่าที่ควร ที่เสียความรู้สึกเป็นอย่างมากคือให้รถส่วนตัวของแขกย้ายไปจอดตากแดดข้างหน้า(จอดรอรับสัมภาระไม่นานเพราะวันนั้น check out จะกลับแล้ว) โดยให้รถตู้ของทัวร์กอล์ฟจอดแช่รอแขกขาวต่างชาติแทน พนักงานบางท่านก็ดูใส่ใจเฉพาะแขกขาวต่างชาติ

We are saddened by your comments and are very disapointed to learn of your perception on soical media.
We have a guest policy and attitude and this certainly does not change from foreigner to Thai. Actually 40% of our total inhouse guests are Thai and we value this very much, especially being a Thai company and one who strives to represent the heart felt Thai Hospitality.
We have unfortunately not been able to contact you and would very much like a chance to show you this is certainly not our attitude.

To hear of your experience at our beach BBQ on a Saturday Night is confidence building to the team. We have worked hard here to create a memorable experience with the food selection ranging from oysters and seafood to quality BBQ meats, live stations and more. With the moonlight and Voicez band playing while you dine, this makes for a great atmosphere.

It was particularly pleasing to hear your comments on the overall product. Our Unique Thai Village design has vast areas to be enjoyed and indeed perfect for relaxation. Being a few minutes out of town certainly does make the surrounding area much quieter than other locations in Hua Hin.
We are also very happy to see you enjoyed the breakfast experience. We have a very breakfast team who are always looking for ways to provide the perfect start to the morning. , combined with our colorful breakfast host, Alex the Macaw, our breakfast experience is commented on regularly.
