ห้องสะอาด แต่ไฟน้อยไปนิดนึง
สระว่ายน้ำเล็กไปหน่อยกับอาหารเช้าควรที่จะเป็นบุฟเฟต์
แต่โดยรวมๆทุกอย่างโอเคร คุ้มค่ากับการที่ได้ไปพัก ติดใจอยากจะไปอีกในครั้งถัดไป

บ้านพัก white house มีความเป็นส่วนตัวดี กว้างขวาง มีสระน้ำส่วนตัว ติดทะเล ข้อเสียคือห้องน้ำ ไม่เหมาะสมกับราคา อ่างล้างหน้าน้ำระบายช้า ก๊อกน้ำสั้นใช้ไม่สะดวก ห้องน้ำทุกห้อง เมื่ออาบน้ำ น้ำไหลท่วมออกมาส่วนแห้ง ต้องเช็ดซับน้ำ น้ำจะล้นออกมานอกห้องน้ำ

Thank you for taking the valuable time to provide feedback from your most recent stay at Aleenta Hua Hin - Pranburi as guest feedback is invaluable for us in order to know the areas in which we can improve.
We would like to thank you kindly for bringing to our attention the water flow in the bathroom, we have now already sent our engineer team to resolve this issue so a similar circumstance will not happen again.
We sincerely hope that we may be able to regain your confidence in the future and welcome you back to the resort for the true Aleenta experience as the vast majority of our guests enjoy.

ที่พักสามารถเดินทางไปเที่ยวแหล่งท่องเที่ยวอื่นๆใกล้เคียงได้ สะดวกในการขับรถหาร้านอาหารอร่อยๆเพราะไม่ไกลจากที่พัก

บริเวณรีสอร์ท ภายนอกดูสวยงาม แต่ห้องพักไม่สะดวกสบายอย่างที่คิด. บริเวณทานอาหารเช้าอยู่ชั้น 2 แต่โดนวิวตึกห้องพักบังหมดเลย, พนักงานโดยรวมสุภาพดี แต่ไม่มี inside service mind. ยกเว้น รปภ.ดีมาก. พนักงานทำความสะอาด ทำห้องเสร็จแล้วเปิดประตูทิ้งไว้ . ยุงเข้าเต็มห้อง. โดยรวมคงไม่กลับไปอีกค่ะ
เคล็บลับเกี่ยวกับห้องพัก: ห้องพักกว้างมากแต่ฟังชั่นไม่สะดวกสบายเลยค่ะ ไม่มีโต๊ะเครื่องแป้งและเก้าอี้นั่งแต่งตัว

ได้รับความเอาใจใส่จากพนักงานดีมากๆ ตั้งแต่ติดต่อเข้าไป และได้รับบริการเหนือความคาดหมาย โดยเฉพาะกับผู้สูงอายุที่เดินทางไปด้วยค่ะ พนักงานเยอะและพร้อมช่วยเหลือ พักแล้วสบายใจ ได้พักผ่อนเต็มที่ค่ะ
ครั้งหน้าหากได้มาที่หัวหิน ก็จะเลือกที่นี่อีกครั้งค่ะ
