ok we dont normally respond to reviews but we are getting fed up with certain customers booking our resort which offers basic cheap bungalows on a beautifull private beach,these type of customers expect our resort to be some sort of 5* hotel which it is not and the price reflects this ,when we recommend these customers to go to railey where they have the bungalows they are looking for priced at 4-5000 bht a night they then dont want to spend the money.
back to this review ,within 2 minuits off arriving at resort this woman was complaining about no air con and having to pay 50 bht to cross the canal to get to resort, she was then extremely rude to my wife about her english speaking skills and seemed to think she was above and better than the thai people,i explained to the woman she doesnt have to stay at the resort and we would only charge them 1 night for late cancellation and refund them the other night, even offered to transfer them free of charge to another resort,but they still decided to stay and was quite happy sitting in our restaurant using our wifi, even the womans husband was shaking his head in dismay about his wifes attitude and behaviour.
as for recomendinng pan beach bungalows please note they dont even have flushing toilets so the customer would have been moaning there swell.
thanks for review and maybe next time spend a bit more money if you are after aircon and want the thai people to walk round worshipping the ground you walk on.
