We hope you understand that, regardless of what many people say about the Chinese Tourists, the Tourism in Thailand is nothing without them. A lot of businesses today and the economy would be suffering much more if it wasn't for them, and since we are in the hotel industry, we understand this and would hope for many others to appreciate them more.
We do however would like to apologize about the reaction of our staff. It was not taken appropriately and we will take the appropriate action to train them better to deal with such a situation.
