Firstly, I would like to introduce myself Billy, owner of Navatara Phuket Resort. First of all, thank you for review our hotel on Tripadvisor. We dedicated to the complete satisfaction of our guests and when we receive a praiseworthy review which includes opinions of where we can make our guests stay even more pleasant it is greatly appreciated.
I am glad you enjoyed some areas of our hotel including our food and Navatara Family.
I must sincerely apologize for some areas in which our standard did not meet your expectations such as our grand deluxe pool access room. As your review, I do agree to need works about room and maintenance. However, I would like to explain to you about some issues.
For the price, due to your stay period was high season, so the price is higher than another period like every hotel in Phuket, but I believe our hotels still at a reasonable and value price if you compare with the hotel in the same star.
For the TV required two separate remotes to work, our hotel customer comes from around the world, so the hotel would like to offer many local channels as possible to make guest familiar with and satisfy and added extra device per TV to provide more channel and international channel.
For room, the hotel is decorated with teak wood, so I am terribly sorry for the furniture which had stuck and sound and the unpleasant experience of the safety box and room. I have already noted this issue
Again, I appreciated your comment that was very meaningful for us and will improve us to be better with our willingness and passions to ensure we could provide a great experience to every single guest. and I hope you forgive us for our mistakes and still had a great experience with us.
