Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on your recent stay with us and I hope that you had a good trip home.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconveniences and the disappointment encountered during your stay with us - I appreciate your taking the time to list the areas of improvement which I have immediately looked into. I have also shared this review with my Front Office and Housekeeping Managers who are aware of the shortcomings and will ensure that these instances do not recur.

We offer breakfast as an option to our guests as there are many places within the vicinity, serving local hawker fare which Penang is famous for. However, breakfast is also available at a very special price if booked through our online reservations site during the time of reservations. Thank you for the wonderful suggestion of providing a little take-away breakfast box for guests who leave early. I will look into this with my F&B Manager and Chef.

On a happier note, thank you for your kind words about Ms Ng Kooi See, our Duty Manager, who was on duty on 05 August 2012. I was thrilled to personally inform Kooi See of your gracious comments about her passion in serving our guests.
