With regards to the delayed check in, it is usually a swift procedure however currently our Human Resource team are in the midst of recruiting and training new staff in order to better handle guests during peak hours. Your comment on the toilet in your room is duly noted, and has been inspected and serviced by our technician team. As for the rooms we are planning very soon an upgrade project such as all our pillows, mattresses, shower heads and even gym equipment in the sports centre on level 3.
