Firstly because of problem with your booking that why this review is happen.
Do you read carefully when you make booking?

Our policy Sincere Guest House & Restaurant ONLY ACCEPTS BOOKINGS FOR ADULTS (no children under the age of 15 years are accepted).

You make booking 2 rooms with 4 adult but then you show up with 4 adult and 2 child that why we don't accept your booking. Also the booking is (non-refund) then you just need to find the new place to stay. If we let you stay with your kids in our guesthouse we can imagine this review will never show up.

We advertising on any booking agency or our website that what we have and what we don't have. Please take sometime to read it and accept before you make booking with your expectation.

We are just only small guesthouse and we don't have anything that you need same as big hotel but our service mind is big to give to all of our guest that stay with us.

We can't let customer wear shoe in the guesthouse because we keep clean and it's our culture to taking off your shoes before in to another house?

The room and toilet is small same as advertising in the website. please see the picture before you booking if you need separate shower with bath tub so sorry we dont' have one.

We clean up our room everyday if you feel not so clean please let us know to make up again. As the guesthouse it self is old house style on top of the water it's can make thing look old.

The car park : If you bring own car with you to Koh Lanta. You can park at public area nearby our guesthouse. In front of our guesthouse can park only motor bike.
