As your observation, we assume that there was some unexpected errors occurred which we feel extremely sorry for discomfort. Nevertheless, after learning your comment, please be assured that the person who got involved situation was seriously reprimanded. Further, we also escalated our process of cleaning and all staffs who are in charge this responsibility have truly committed to keep increasing their delicacy, diligence and carefulness to this particular matter. Therefore, we do believe that our upcoming guests would be accommodated with our best.
Refer to Wi-Fi, please accept our sincerest apologies, since this certain service is installed by our local internet provider, which sometimes is interrupted by unpredictable factor which consequently causes some areas a limited connecting. To figure out the matter, we have just reemphasized this issue to our internet operating company and they strongly promised to maintain their system in our location as stable as possible. Moreover, we are very pleased to announce that we have been developing our internet system for a while and the last phase has been estimated to be completed within 2 weeks from now on.
