We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during your stay in which your check-in process was delayed, room smelly, issues with WiFi and the noise from the renovation floor. We regret on the happenings of these issues. Our hotel is currently undergoing upgrading works on our facilities and services in order to provide a more comfy guest experience.
