Your booking was not done directly with us so please do not blame us for the error of your booking agent! Your booking was done via a sub-agent and we informed the sub-agent that this booking was rejected due to irregularities, many days before your arrival. We never received a feed back nor a reply despite several attempts and assumed they had contacted you directly as this was no possible for us, we had no emails nor phone number. As the booking was done with a 3rd part agency, we had no possibilities to contact you directly and the booking with us was not done with Agoda, therefore we can not contact Agoda, this is the way it works!
