Many thanks for having chosen our resort for your recent stay while on Koh Chang. We apologize for the long waiting to get your room. During the Songkran Period, we had unusual number of Check-in and Check-out at the same time. Due to Covit19, we also had to reduce the number of staff a little bit. All works well when we have an average occupancy, but the operation may slow down a little bit when the hotel is full. We thank you very much for your kind understanding.
We have 3 car parks, 1 in front of the hotel and 2 at the back of the hotel. While the parking in front of the hotel is most of the time, there is always some parking space available at the back of the hotel. The parking lots at the back of the hotel have also direct access to the hotel and the walking distance is similar as when you park in front of the hotel.
Hopefully we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back again to the Centara Koh Chang Tropicana in the near future.
