เราพักบ้านสวนบรรยากาศ ดีมากไม่ห่างจากทะเล ในบ้านสวยเเละใหม่ ที่นี้จะมีสองฝั่งครับ ฝั่งเขา และ ฝั่งทะเล แนะนำว่าก่อนจองให้ดูให้ดีก่อนนะครับ ใครที่ไม่ชอบเดินไกล แนะนำโซนที่เป็นบ้านครับ ดีมาก การบริการเยี่ยมมาก สมแล้วที่เป็นโรงแรม 5 ดาว สระน้ำให้เล่นหลายสระ ประทับใจอาหารเช้ามากครับ พนักงานทุกท่านบริการดีมากตั้งแต่ Front คุณจูน จนถึง Room service แม่บ้าน ที่ดูเเลบ้าน 5320 ทำความสะอาดดีมาก แนะนำมาเกาะช้างต้องมาที่นี้ครับ ไม่ผิดหวัง

พนังงานบริการดีมาก โรงแรมรักษาความปลอดภัยดีเยี่ยม มีคนพาข้ามถนนตลอด ห้องนอนและห้องน้ำสะอาด มีมินิบาร์ในห้องเติมของกินให้ตลอด แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ แต่อยากให้เพิ่มไฟสีขาวในห้องนอน โดยเฉพาะบริเวณกระจกแต่งหน้า อาหารเช้าเยอะมากและอร่อย บริการเสริมนวดแผนไทยเยี่ยมสุดๆ โดยรวมประทับใจมากค่ะ

ประทับใจมากเลยค่ะ นุ่นกับครอบครัวมาKC Grande resort&Spa มาเป็นครั้งที่2แล้วว ไปรร.ไหนก็ยังไม่ประทับใจเท่าที่นี้มาก่อน มีการประสานก่อนเข้าพัก 1วันล่วงหน้าด้วย ทางโรงแรมใส่ใจลูกค้าดีมากก หลังจากK.Alex ประสานงาน ก็มีการติดตามเทคแคร์นุ่นตลอดจนจบทริป 2คืน3วัน ว้าวที่สุดคือจัดห้องต้อนรับนุ่นและครอบครัวอย่างอบอุ่นมากเลยค่ะ มีการ์ดด้วยอ่านแล้วยิ้มไปเลยค่ะ อีกทั้งพนักงานทุกคนที่เจอยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใจ ให้บริการลูกค้าไวทุกระดับประทับใจ ชอบมากตรงมีสระว่ายน้ำหลายที่ ถ้าไม่ชอบความวุ่นวายไปสระเล็กได้เลย
ที่สำคัญคือในห้องพักสะอาด เหมือนใหม่ตลอดเวลา ในห้องมีของใช้มากมาย..ไดร์เป่าผม ยากันยุงแบบเสียบปั๊ก ร่ม กระเป๋า เสื้อคลุม รองเท้าและอื่นๆ มาบรรยากาศหน้าฝนก็จะดีอีกแบบคือไม่ร้อน ยังไงจะกลับมาที่นี่อีกครั้งแน่นอนค่ะ
