First of all, thank you very much for taking your value time to give us a comment in TripAdvisor Website. Your value comment, it helps us to take faster actions on needed areas and departments. I have noticed your comments about our room facility looks old and face towel was not enough for service. Our taste of breakfast buffet was not so good.
Rest assured that we are on processing to do room refurbishment and maintenance regularly. Also we are looking into quantity of towels to be enough serving our guests. For quality and taste of breakfast, I have informed our Chef and kitchen staff this to ensure that it is being done and up to standard. We have a rotation schedule on both hot dishes for making variety for guests . Pest control service is on regularly fumigate on monthly basis. However, I am pleased to see that you were satisfied with our staff friendliness.
