I have noticed your comments about hard rice for Stir fried pork with hot chili and hot basil leaves. Please be informed that I have addressed this issue to our Executive Chef to look into this and fix it urgently. Please accept my apology for this inconvenience cause to you. In addition, regarding comment about our room , please noted that we are planing to do room renovation next year to foster swift improvements on room condition. Eventually, I hope these shortcomings will not place us in your permanent disfavor. We are looking forward to welcome you back in the near future to show you are improvement.
