Our property is ideally located near a number of attractions – things to see and do such as Palio and Scenical World. As of the date of your posting we have officially opened Scenical World – which offers a variety of rides, attractions water park, casual dining and shopping and is only a few steps away from the resort. Greenery is set back a bit from the main road and having a vehicle at your disposal does provide you with ease in getting around to take in the other attractions of the area.
Apologies that your accommodation appeared “dark” – we are reviewing the interior lighting as well as other aspects of the resort for possible enhancements to improve our guest’s vacation experience.
Regarding wi fi; it is free at the lobby and club 168 – and alternatively can be connected to for a nominal fee (through the Front Desk) and accessible from all areas within the property including in room. I do know from time to time – guests using their cellular network may experience coverage challenges from their supplier due to the location of the property.
Breakfast served at Café on the Green does offer a variety of selections ranging from Thai to Western. Our main pool is located between Building “A” and “B” – and alternatively we offer the Aqua Zone. Children under a particular age / height are free and in turn children over a certain age and height, adults and seniors - are a nominal fee as this is a mini water park with sliders for adults and children as well as a kids zone, fresh water showers, changing facilities, food and beverage service, sun loungers and a variety of seating options.

กรีนเนอรี่ รีสอร์ทเป็นโรงแรมที่ติดถนนใหญ่ทางขึ้นเข้าใหญ่ อยู่ใกล้ๆกับปาลิโอ้ โรงแรมค่อนข้างใหญ่ สะอาด สวยงาม อาหารอร่อยและหลากหลาย มีสวนน้ำในโรงแรมและยังมีมีสวนสนุก Life Park อยู่ข้างโรงแรม ราคาห้องพักค่อนข้างสูง แต่รู้สึกคุ้มค่ากับราคาที่ต้องจ่ายไป

โรงแรมตกแต่งสวย ห้องพักเยอะ พนักงานบริการได้ไม่ทั่วถึง ไม่มี wifi ให้ใช้ฟรี สวนน้ำฟรีสำหรับเด็กเท่านั้น ผู้ใหญ่ต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม อากาศดี แต่ตึกเยอะไปหน่อย ทำให้ไม่ได้ใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติเท่าที่ควร ใกล้ตลาด หาของกินง่าย

The location of the property is set back from the main road and local attractions need to be accessed by having your own vehicle or alternatively finding “local” transportation to get you around (such as smaller restaurants, mini shopping plaza and attractions.)
Since the date of your review – we now have Scenical World open which offers casual dining and shopping as well as attractions for everyone (water park and thrill rides.)

โรงแรมนี้เป็นโรงแรมที่ทันสมัย ตกแต่งสวยงาม แต่วิวไม่สวยไม่ค่อยเป็นธรรมชาติ
โรงแรมเป็นตึกสูงหลายตึก ทำให้ห้องพักส่วนใหญ่มีวิวตึกเป็นส่วนประกอบ มองไม่ค่อยเห็นภูเขา บางห้องมีตึกบังมิดชิด จนมองไม่เห็นวิวอะไรเลย สำหรับใครที่คาดหวังความเป็นธรรมชาติ คงผิดหวังนิดหน่อยเมื่อพักที่นี่
ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่ ตกแต่งได้ทันสมัย อุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกครบ มีระเบียงให้นั่งชมวิว แต่น่าเสียดายที่คอมเพรสเซอร์แอร์ตั้งอยู่ตรงระเบียง ทำให้เสียงดัง เสียบรรยากาศ
โรงแรมนี้มีสวนน้ำขนาดใหญ่เป็นจุดขาย เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็กๆ แขกที่พักในโรงแรมเล่นสวนน้ำได้ฟรี แต่ถ้าไปพักในช่วงหน้าหนาว อากาศประมาณ 15 องศาเซลเซียส คงไม่อยากเล่นน้ำ โรงแรมนี้ยังมีเครื่องเล่นหลายชนิด (ต้องจ่ายเงินเพิ่ม) เครื่องเล่นบางอย่างใช้งานไม่ได้แล้ว แต่ก็ยังมีอีกหลายชนิดที่ใช้งานได้ดี
อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมเป็นBuffet หนักไปทางอาหารไทย รสชาดดี
โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ไม่ไกลแหล่งชุมชน แต่ต้องมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว ขับรถไปประมาณ 20 นาทีก็ถึง ปาลิโอ แหล่งรวมร้านอาหาร โรงแรมอยู่ไม่ไกลอุทยานแห่งชาติเขาใหญ่ ขับรถไปประมาณ 20 นาที เช่นกัน
โรงแรมนี้เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีสำหรับคนที่ชอบความสะดวกสบาย แต่สำหรับเรา ที่นี่ยังขาดความเป็นธรรมชาติ

Please apologizing for the sub-standard service that you experienced at our resort. for not so good of scenery surrounding from your room's balcony, and noisy of air - con compressor, we did fixed already and immediately . Aqua Zone renovation all equipments are alraedy in our project to make guest and thier family happy during thier stay.
