Please accept my apologies that we did not meet your expectations of our property. We pride ourselves on offering a value for money product and it appears we failed to meet your expectations.

We do consider our property a value for money resort on a number of levels and do pride ourselves on offering services, facilities and accommodations meeting all of our guests needs – and apologize that we failed to meet these on a number of points.

All of our accommodations should be to the standard expected not only by our guests but the company standard. I am disappointed that we have fallen short in meeting your expectations – overall functionality of your accommodation bathroom.

Food quality including presentation and taste are equally as important to us and have addressed these point with our team.

As we do value and take all guest feedback (positive and not so favorable) as ways of communicating to the team – job well done or in this case – failures that need to have improved action steps and opportunities for improvement; all points have been reviewed for immediate correction - and do thank you for taking the time to bring them to our attention in greater detail and depth. There are a number of choices and selections to choose from when looking for a property to trust your stay experience will be the best as expected – and do hope that you will consider us again for your next stay.
