ภายในโรงแรมมีมุมต่างๆให้ถ่ายรูปเยอะพอสมควรเลยค่ะ ชอบสระว่ายน้ำมาก มีสระถึง2สระ โดยเฉพาะสระชั้น2 ว่ายน้ำไปมองภูเขาไป :)
ในห้องกว้างมากกก มีอ่างอาบน้ำด้านนอกให้แช่ตัว อ่างใหญ่มากเลยแช่2คนพร้อมกันยังได้
อาหารเช้าเป็นบุฟเฟ่ต์ มีเมนูให้เลือกเยอะเลยค่ะ

Thank you so much for your five star review and nice comments about our resort facilities, accommodations and breakfast buffet.
Botanica Khao Yai has a number of great points for taking photos including the two swimming pools. The upper pool – known as our infinity pool has amazing views also called “valley view”. Our guest rooms are some of the largest in Khao Yai – very spacious and most have a bathtub (soaking tub) on the balcony.
Our breakfast buffet features selections made fresh daily and combines the best of Thai and Asian favorites along with Western.

มาใช้บริการครั้งที่2สำหรับที่นี่ แต่ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งแรกที่เสียเงินเอง โดยครั้งแรกก้อไม่ค่อยจะชอบบริการซักเท่าไรอยู่แล้ว แต่ที่มาพักที่นี่อีกครั้ง เนื่องจากว่าต้องการจะมาเล่นสวนสนุกที่เพิ่งเปิด โดยก่อนจะมาเข้าพักได้โทรขอห้องที่เห็นวิวสระว่ายน้ำและใกล้ลิฟท์เอาไว้ และได้แจ้งไว้ว่าจะมาถึงโดยประมาณ 13.00 น. และยังได้สอบถามเอาไว้ล่วงหน้าด้วยว่าแขกเข้าพักเต็มหรือไม่ ซึ่งได้รับคำตอบว่าแค่ครึ่งเดียวเท่านั้น ซึ่งพอมาเช็คอินก้อได้รับแจ้งว่าห้องยังไม่เสร็จ ซึ่งทางผมก้อไม่มีปัญหาใดๆ เพราะว่ามาถึงก่อนเวลาเช็คอินได้คือ14.00น. ซึ่งทางฟร้อนท์ได้แจ้งเอาไว้ว่าถ้าได้ห้องแล้วจะโทรมาแจ้งให้ทราบ ซึ่งหลังจากนั้นผมไปทานข้าวในตัวโรงแรมและเดินกลับมาตอนนั้นเป็นเวลา 14.15น.แล้ว ก้อยังไม่ได้รับโทรศัพท์แจ้งใดๆทั้งสิ้น จึงต้องเดินมาถามที่หน้าฟร้อนท์ ซึ่งต้องมารอให้พนักงานหาข้อมูลใหม่หมด แถมยังจะขอเอกสารทำรายการใหม่อีกครั้งด้วย ผมจึงได้แจ้งไปว่าผมจัดการเอกสารเสร็จเรียบร้อยไปแล้ว ซึ่ง ณ ตอนนั้นก้อยังไม่ได้ห้อง ผมจึงไม่คอยที่โรงแรมแล้ว เลยไปเล่นที่สวนสนุกเลย โดยแค่นี้ยังพอรับได้ แต่ว่าหลังจากผมกลับมาจากสวนสนุกและได้ห้องแล้ว(ตอนนั้นเวลาประมาณ16.00น.) เมื่อได้ไปที่ห้องก้อพบว่าได้ห้องที่อยู่ห่างลิฟท์เกือบที่สุด และขอวิวสระว่ายน้ำ ก้อได้วิวป่าไผ่แทน โดยไม่มีการแจ้งให้ทราบเลยว่าทำไมถึงไม่ได้ ทั้งๆที่ก่อนมาก้อได้แจ้งเอาไว้ล่วงหน้าแล้ว แถมได้สอบถามเอาไว้ด้วยว่าแขกเข้าพักเต็มหรือไม่ ซึ่งก้อได้รับคำตอบว่า แค่ครึ่งเดียว ซึ่งจริงๆแล้ว ถ้าแขกเข้าพักเต็มแล้วไม่ได้ห้องตามที่ขอเอาไว้น่าจะมีการแจ้งให้ทราบตั้งแต่เช็คอิน ไม่ใช่ให้มานั่งลุ้นว่าจะได้ห้องไหน ซึ่งราคาห้องพักก้อไม่ได้ถูกแต่อย่างใด ราคาระดับ4ดาว น่าจะมีการบริการที่ดีและมืออาชีพกว่านี้ ซึ่งตัดสินใจได้ไม่ยากเลยสำหรับคราวหน้าว่าจะพักที่ไหน เพราะมีราคาที่เท่ากันและบริการดีกว่านี้อยู่ใกล้ๆด้วย

ไม่เหมาะสำหรับไปตอนหนาวมากๆ เพราะจะไม่ได้แช่อ่างข้างนอกระเบียง ห้องกว้างสมราคา แต่ห้องน้ำของห้องที่ได้เริ่มเก่าและน้ำซึม เตียงนอนดีมาก ห้องชั้น 1 ไม่มีอ่างน้ำยอกระเบียง แต่จะมี private pool แทน ติดต่อ Sale OK มาก แต่พนักงานดูแลหน้า front ยังต้องปรับปรุง

The weather in January is a bit cool to use our outdoor bathtub (soaking tub) – however the tubs are equipped to provide hot water to a certain degree (keeping safety in mind). Our accommodations are spacious, providing comfortable beds and pillows and all are respectively new – which concerns me as you mentioned old and leaked? We have taken steps to recheck all units again for this specific point mentioned.
First floor units are designed with a plunge pool – which has refreshing cool water for guests to relax in – especially after a long hot day at the pool or out taking in the sights of Khao Yai.

เดินทางเข้ามาทาง Greenery Resort เข้ามาเรื่อยๆ มีที่จอดรถมากมายใต้ตึก พร้อมการรักษาความปลอดภัยที่ดีเยี่ยม ห้อง Studio มีอ่างอาบน้ำอยู่ข้างนอกระเบียงเพื่อชมวิวของเขาใหญ่ วิวสวย ห้องนอนกว้าง ใหม่ สะอาด สามารถกิน mini bar ได้ทุกอย่างในห้อง มีอ่างล้างจาน มีเครื่องชงกาแฟ อาหารเช้าอร่อย ให้เลือกเยอะ ห้ามพลาดคัวซองค์เด็ดขาด วิวห้องอาหารสวยมากห้ามพลาด ข้อเสียคือ น้ำไม่ค่อยร้อน ร้อนสลับเย็น แรงสับเบาไม่สม่ำเสมอ

You are correct on noting our resort is located via the same “Main Gate” entrance (road access) which passes by Greenery Resort. Our parking facilities are located under the first floor providing our guests with easy access to the property and guest rooms. Most of our units do have a “soaking tub” on the balcony and offer one of two views – being mountain view and valley view (both beautiful views). Many agree that our rooms – which start with the Studio – are very spacious. Our Housekeeping team does a fine job of keeping all guest rooms clean and in order. The free mini bar in room (first night – full set up, following day’s refresh of all beverages) is very popular. The kitchenette sink is convenient for guests as an in room facility and our coffee and tea set up (refreshed daily) is part of our belief in quality products.
Very happy to read you enjoyed our breakfast service in Tempo (which offers a variety of fresh – daily prepared products) and covering a variety of selections from Western to Thai. The view from Tempo is lovely as well – offering views of the mountain side as well as the outdoor areas.
Please accept my apologies that you experienced problems with the water temperature and pressure in your room. We have taken all necessary steps to eliminate this challenge for future guests and look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.
