Thank you very much for taking the time reviewing your recent stay with us.
We are grateful for your comments and are pleased to know that your kids enjoyed the bathtub (soaking tub) at the balcony. All of our units – with the exception of the plunge pool units – offer this feature – and of course either mountain view or valley view.
Minibar is complimentary in a number of rooms (not included in all) and our bathroom amenities are of the highest quality - from THANN.
Please accept my apologies that you were not pleased with our breakfast buffet as this is usually the highlight of the start of each day for our guests offering a wide range of Thai and Western selections, fresh juices, premium coffee and tea selections, fruit and other products made fresh daily. The Thai buffet line is approximately 25 % of our set up and unsure as to how this was missed.
Our two swimming pools – lower pool and infinity pool are perfect locations to relax and the lower pool offers light snacks and beverage service from One Up bar in the afternoon and early evening.
Correct – we are located near SplashWorld (which is also home to Scenical World – featuring thrill rides, family rides and attractions, shopping and more.) From time to time our golf car and open air bus services are in high demand and wait times do vary – usually no longer than 10 – 15 minutes at peak periods (which is very rare.) Apologies that you felt inconvenienced.
We do hope that you will chose to stay with us again on your next visit to Khao Yai.

Thank you for staying with us and for your time spent in writing a review on Trip Advisor.
Sorry you were unable to use your plunge pool or lower pool due to the cool temperatures last month – but with the summer season coming – this would be the ideal time for you to come back to visit us as the pools offer shaded areas as well as direct sunshine to take in the clear sunny days.
Travel time and distance from Bangkok – makes us an ideal location to take a short break or even plan a longer holiday to take in the local sites and enjoy time at our Scenical World.
We appreciate your comments about the atmosphere of the property, the view from the infinity pool (upper pool). We consider ourselves a property that is ideal for all guests – families, couples and singles and appreciate your comment about the service – which I will pass onto the team.

ภายในโรงแรมมีมุมต่างๆให้ถ่ายรูปเยอะพอสมควรเลยค่ะ ชอบสระว่ายน้ำมาก มีสระถึง2สระ โดยเฉพาะสระชั้น2 ว่ายน้ำไปมองภูเขาไป :)
ในห้องกว้างมากกก มีอ่างอาบน้ำด้านนอกให้แช่ตัว อ่างใหญ่มากเลยแช่2คนพร้อมกันยังได้
อาหารเช้าเป็นบุฟเฟ่ต์ มีเมนูให้เลือกเยอะเลยค่ะ

Thank you so much for your five star review and nice comments about our resort facilities, accommodations and breakfast buffet.
Botanica Khao Yai has a number of great points for taking photos including the two swimming pools. The upper pool – known as our infinity pool has amazing views also called “valley view”. Our guest rooms are some of the largest in Khao Yai – very spacious and most have a bathtub (soaking tub) on the balcony.
Our breakfast buffet features selections made fresh daily and combines the best of Thai and Asian favorites along with Western.

มาใช้บริการครั้งที่2สำหรับที่นี่ แต่ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งแรกที่เสียเงินเอง โดยครั้งแรกก้อไม่ค่อยจะชอบบริการซักเท่าไรอยู่แล้ว แต่ที่มาพักที่นี่อีกครั้ง เนื่องจากว่าต้องการจะมาเล่นสวนสนุกที่เพิ่งเปิด โดยก่อนจะมาเข้าพักได้โทรขอห้องที่เห็นวิวสระว่ายน้ำและใกล้ลิฟท์เอาไว้ และได้แจ้งไว้ว่าจะมาถึงโดยประมาณ 13.00 น. และยังได้สอบถามเอาไว้ล่วงหน้าด้วยว่าแขกเข้าพักเต็มหรือไม่ ซึ่งได้รับคำตอบว่าแค่ครึ่งเดียวเท่านั้น ซึ่งพอมาเช็คอินก้อได้รับแจ้งว่าห้องยังไม่เสร็จ ซึ่งทางผมก้อไม่มีปัญหาใดๆ เพราะว่ามาถึงก่อนเวลาเช็คอินได้คือ14.00น. ซึ่งทางฟร้อนท์ได้แจ้งเอาไว้ว่าถ้าได้ห้องแล้วจะโทรมาแจ้งให้ทราบ ซึ่งหลังจากนั้นผมไปทานข้าวในตัวโรงแรมและเดินกลับมาตอนนั้นเป็นเวลา 14.15น.แล้ว ก้อยังไม่ได้รับโทรศัพท์แจ้งใดๆทั้งสิ้น จึงต้องเดินมาถามที่หน้าฟร้อนท์ ซึ่งต้องมารอให้พนักงานหาข้อมูลใหม่หมด แถมยังจะขอเอกสารทำรายการใหม่อีกครั้งด้วย ผมจึงได้แจ้งไปว่าผมจัดการเอกสารเสร็จเรียบร้อยไปแล้ว ซึ่ง ณ ตอนนั้นก้อยังไม่ได้ห้อง ผมจึงไม่คอยที่โรงแรมแล้ว เลยไปเล่นที่สวนสนุกเลย โดยแค่นี้ยังพอรับได้ แต่ว่าหลังจากผมกลับมาจากสวนสนุกและได้ห้องแล้ว(ตอนนั้นเวลาประมาณ16.00น.) เมื่อได้ไปที่ห้องก้อพบว่าได้ห้องที่อยู่ห่างลิฟท์เกือบที่สุด และขอวิวสระว่ายน้ำ ก้อได้วิวป่าไผ่แทน โดยไม่มีการแจ้งให้ทราบเลยว่าทำไมถึงไม่ได้ ทั้งๆที่ก่อนมาก้อได้แจ้งเอาไว้ล่วงหน้าแล้ว แถมได้สอบถามเอาไว้ด้วยว่าแขกเข้าพักเต็มหรือไม่ ซึ่งก้อได้รับคำตอบว่า แค่ครึ่งเดียว ซึ่งจริงๆแล้ว ถ้าแขกเข้าพักเต็มแล้วไม่ได้ห้องตามที่ขอเอาไว้น่าจะมีการแจ้งให้ทราบตั้งแต่เช็คอิน ไม่ใช่ให้มานั่งลุ้นว่าจะได้ห้องไหน ซึ่งราคาห้องพักก้อไม่ได้ถูกแต่อย่างใด ราคาระดับ4ดาว น่าจะมีการบริการที่ดีและมืออาชีพกว่านี้ ซึ่งตัดสินใจได้ไม่ยากเลยสำหรับคราวหน้าว่าจะพักที่ไหน เพราะมีราคาที่เท่ากันและบริการดีกว่านี้อยู่ใกล้ๆด้วย
