Your point of the bathroom and balcony tub cleanliness is a point that is taken very seriously as we pride ourselves on clean and comfortable guest accommodations among our other vacation experience services and facilities that makes Botanica Khao Yai a special place.

The fill time for the balcony tub does tend to take time due to the fill rate and we are rechecking all units for any problems or challenges that may need attention.

I would like to apologize for the privacy factor of the trees and plants that are the separation of view to and from the unit – offering a bit more privacy. We will review the type of trees – plants being used to meet the seasonal change of winter – and loss of leaves – which creates the privacy for the terrace space.

You are correct – the plunge pool does come equipped with a light for evening use – but is not a heated system.

The property is designed to offer not only beautiful views of Khao Yai, the beauty and nature surrounding the property, but a number of facilities and services as you mentioned a few being our two swimming pools, fresh water showers and changing facilities. Apologies the showers were not functioning properly. We have looked into this to try to ensure all facilities are working to the level and expectations of all of our guests.

Our accommodations are larger than most resorts and guests are provided with premium amenities. Most, if not all are spacious and do have a kitchenette, terrace – balcony or plunge pool and mini bar(in most room types – not all.) Photos featuring room configurations and details are listed on our website as a resourceful tool for our guests to assist them in choosing the accommodation that best fits their stay.

Tempo restaurant comfortable seats 100 guests along with additional seating on the terrace for 25 guests - allowing us to offer ample seating for all dining periods. Than k you for your compliment of the service staff – which I will pass onto them.

Parking facilities are designed to be accessible but out of view – conveniently located under each building – out of the sun and or inclement elements and weather.

Elevators are routinely checked / serviced and I have made note of your point that it was slow.
