ในห้องน้ำไม่มีครีมนวดผม อันนี้บางคนที่ต้องใช้อาจจะต้องเอาไปเอง
อาหารเช้านี่ไม่ผ่านเลย ไม่สด แล้วก็ไม่อร่อยเลย ถ้าเทียบกับราคาที่ต้องจ่ายถือว่าไม่คุ้ม
พนักงานบริการดีนะ มีรถรับส่งระหว่างสนามบินและโรงแรม อันนี้ดี สะดวกสบายดี

แล้วเวลาในการเข้าพักจะนับตามเวลาที่เช็คอิน ไม่ได้มีเวลาฟิกซ์ว่าต้องออกตอน 11 โมง หรือเที่ยงแบบโรงแรมทั่วไป

ด่านแรกที่เจอ พนักงานต้อนรับไม่ว่าจะเป็นที่สนามบิน ฟร้อนต์โรงแรม พนักงานขับรถ พนักงานบาร์ บริการยอดเยี่ยมประทับใจมาก เช็คอิน VIP สำหรับสมาชิก Accor Le Club บริเวณโรงแรมดูสะอาด น่าเสียดายมากที่บริเวณทางเดินไปห้องพักโรงแรมดูค่อนข้างเก่าโบราณแต่สะอาด ห้องพักเตียงนอนสบายมาก หมอนนิ่มสุดๆชอบมาก ห้องน้ำไม่น่าเชื่อว่าโรงแรมเปิดมานานขนาดนี้จะยังสะอาดได้ขนาดนี้ สุดยอดจริงๆ น่าเสียดายอะไรๆหลายๆอย่างในโรงแรมที่ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี อยากให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องความทันสมัยขึ้นหน่อย ห้องพักเฟอร์นิเจอร์ต่างๆทูอึมทึมแบบสมัยก่อน ปล่อยให้เก่าตามกาลเวลาแต่ทุกอย่างดูสะอาดดี ขาดแค่เรื่องเดียวจะเพอร์เฟคมาก วันไหนบินถึงดึกๆเป็นหนึ่งในตัวเลือกที่ดีอีกแน่นอน

ดีที่ใกล้สนามบิน แต่ราคาแพงมาก อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกน้อยไปสำหรับโรงแรมระดับนี้ ที่นอนน่าจะเปลี่ยนได้แล้วไม่ต้องลงไปนอนแค่มองก็เห็นว่ายุบตรงกลาง ยิ่งพอนอนไปยิ่งชัดเลย แล้วโรงแรมนี้แปลกอีก ขอใบเสร็จค่าห้อง พนักงานขอดูบัตรเครดิต บอกถ้าบัตรไม่ตรงกับที่จ้องมาก็ออกให้ไม่ได้ งงมาก ทั้งที่ชื่อตอนเช็คอินก็เป็นชื่อเรา เงินก็จ่ายไปแล้ว จองตรงกับทางเว็บของโรงแรมด้วย แต่บัตรที่ใช้จ่ายค่าห้องเป็นของแฟน แล้วแฟนบินไปต่างประเทศแล้ว โรงแรมอื่นเขาก็ออกให้ได้นะทำไมโรงแรมนี้ต้องดูบัตร แต่สรุปก็ได้มาเพราะพนักงานโทรถามหัวหน้า
แต่ขอชมนะคะว่าอาหารที่นี่อร่อยมากอร่อยทุกอย่างทั้งไทยทั้งเทศโดยเฉพาะอาหารไทย แฟนเป็นต่างชาติยังชมว่าอร่อยกว่าหลายโรงแรมที่ไปพักมา และคุ้มกับราคาที่จ่ายไปไม่รู้สึกว่าแพงเลย รูมเซอร์วิสบริการดีมาก เหมือนไปนั่งทานในร้าน
