น้องๆพนักงานบริการดีมาก ตั้งแต่พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย พนักงานต้อนรับ และน้องๆพนักงานทุกคน ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส มีใจรักบริการ ห้องพักหรู ดูดี สะอาด และปลอดภัยมากๆ ประทับใจมากค่ะ กลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

ห้องน้ำทำไม่สะอาดค่ะ ควรปรับปรุงให้ดีกว่านี้หรือมีหัวหน้าคอยเช็คให้เรียบร้อยก่อนแขกเข้าพัก โรงแรมห้าดาวไม่ควรหลุดเรื่องแบบนี้
