Thank you very much for your recent visit at the resort, we appreciate the time you have taken to provide such a thorough review and sorry that we didn't have an opportunity to meet and rectify the resort improvement situation and extend our sincere apologies for the less than perfect stay.
We have invested a great deal into the maintenance and refurbishment of the resort since its opening in October 2013. We are on process of improving our overall facilities including a communal pool, a fitness, a seafront restaurant and more which will be completed by June next year.
We are certain that everything we are doing now is worthy of it! And we hope to welcome you back in the not too distant future to see the service and facilities we strive to impress our guests when your travels bring you back to our shores.
