Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback at Hyatt Regency Koh Samui, we are definitely disappointed to read that we were not able to meet your expectations as a consequence you did not enjoy your stay with us.
While I wish you had a better experience in regards to the pool, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short.
