First, please accept my apologize for this inconvenient occur during your stay with us, but after we found the problem of our error on set up dirty towel in your room we suddenly move you to another room , at first you refuse and would need to move to somewhereelse
After we searching the hotel for you but you not decide to go you want to to stay with us if you still unhappy with our service and facility you will move,
On the following day you let's us know at the reception that you were happy with our Hotel, and will not move to any where,
After you satisfied and pleasure staying here our team members are put extra care to you and all polite and respect to you and all our guest which we always concentrate to guest service behavior of all our staff .
