ทีพักสวยงาม เลือกวิวทะเลสาบ ห้องกว้างขวางสุขสบาย อาหารอร่อย มาสามคนกับครอบครัว(ผู้ใหญ่) จองสองห้อง แต่เมื่อมาถึง พนักงานแจ้งว่ามาสามคนต้องขอเก็บเงินเพิ่มโดยไม่ตรวจสอบก่อนว่าจองมากี่ห้อง ทำให้เสียความรู้สึกเหมือนดูถูกลูกค้า

รีสอร์ทสวย พนักงานเต็มใจบริการด้วยรอยยิ้ม มีคุณแม่เป็นผู้สูงอายุไปด้วย ตอนแรกกลัวจะไม่สะดวกสบาย พนักงานเสนอวีลแชร์ให้เองเลย น่ารักมากเลยค่ะ

เรียน U Khao Yai ครับ
ขออนุญาตติชมโดยสุจริตครับ
ทำการสำรองห้องพักล่วงหน้า 20 วัน และได้มีการแจ้งคำขอไว้ตามรายละเอียด 2-3 ข้อ
พนักงานสำรองห้องพักได้มีการยืนยันและรับทราบคำขอตามที่ได้ร้องขอไว้
วันที่ทำการเข้าพัก ห้องพักไม่ตรงตามที่ร้องขอไว้ , คุณวุ้นเส้น ได้ทำการดูแล และ เปลี่ยนห้องพักให้(แต่ซึ่งก็ยังไม่ตรงกับความต้องการ) แต่อยู่ในสถานะที่รับได้ครับ
สบู่ , หมอน พนักงานไม่ได้มีการแนะนำให้ทำการเลือกตอนเข้าพัก (สบู่ / ในห้องน้ำก็เลยไม่ได้รับ)
ห้องที่ทำการร้องขอไว้ให้จัด surprise วัดเกิด (มีการเปลี่ยนห้องพัก ก็เลยไม่ได้รับคำขอนี้ไปด้วยครับ)

ห้องพักสวยชอบมากฟิวเจ้าหญิงสุดสุดบรรยากาศภายในโรงแรมก็ดีมากเลยค่ะตรงปกไม่จบตาพนักงานต้อนรับน่ารักพนักงานทุกคนน่ารักมากเลยค่ะ ยังไงก็คือจะหาเวลาไปอีกแน่นอนแนะนำยังไงก็คือจะหาเวลาไปอีกแน่นอนแนะนำนะคะไปพักผ่อนเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศสูดอากาศบริสุทธิ์เลยนะคะ
