Only 5 minutes from the famous pebble beach of Budleigh Salterton and 12 minutes from the extensive sandy beach at Exmouth, Jasmine Cottage provides the most excellent location for visiting all that East Devon has to offer; coastal walks and inland treks, cycling, city shopping, local heritage exploration and so much more... Bicton Arena, Crealy Adventure park, Bicton Park and the seaside Towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton are very close by.

Perfect Getaway

The wonderful Jasmine Cottage is the perfect little getaway for you and a partner or the whole family. It was an absolute pleasure to stay 4 nights in this wonderfully situated home from home. Everything from the scenic drive to the property, to the modern furnishings and beautiful art provided the quintessential holiday let. For the quality and amount of amenities provided this place seemed like an absolute steal, being 10 minutes from beaches and Budleigh Salterton (Only 30 minutes from Exeter and it's huge highstreet). The only problem I came across would be the firmness of the beds which the owners have since rectified. I would recommend this to couples looking for a getaway and families looking for a holiday that won't break the bank!

Stay here - peace, comfort and lovely surroundings - loved it.

East Budleigh is a lovely traditional village with all the chocolate box detail you could wish for. The pub is a (very) short walk away and there is easy access to wonderful countryside and the cathedral city of Exeter. This beautifully appointed house provided comfort in style - everything I could have hoped for. I stayed here with my son and we were both delighted with the house. The art on the walls is stunning - try the Brook Gallery in Budleigh Salterton. Will definitely return.

Perfect brand new, comfortable and modern base to explore Devon from

This is a wonderful house in the beautiful, quaint and cosy village of East Budleigh. Great value for money, has everything that you need for a stay of any length and is perfect if you just want to base yourself somewhere in Devon to explore from. The beds were comfortable (family of 6) and everything in the house was brand new when we stayed, so felt clean and fresh, linen provided with a welcome pack on arrival. Angela was very friendly and on hand to provide advice and guidance as needed. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer in this fantastic part of Devon. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about it.

Perfect place for a relaxing break

Jasmine cottage is a fab find. Fabulously decorated with all the amenities you need for a home from home break. Stayed here with my husband daughter her fiancé and dog. The village is lovely with a fantastic pub. We enjoyed it so much we’ve booked again for a break in January.

Location is lovely. Quiet village getaway.

Excellence amenities in a lovely modern cottage. Very thoughtful welcome pack. Close to the beautiful beach at Budleigh Salterton and the river Otter at Otterton village mill.

Beautifully appointed with all mod cons in lovely village setting.

Everything is included that you will need for a relaxing holiday. Friendly owners are nearby if required for any queries. The location couldn't be better. Quiet country village but close to Budleigh Salterton and it's various array of artisan shops and facilities. Check out the Brooke gallery - well worth a visit and some of their artworks adorn the walls of the cottage. Relax on Budleigh beach or take a ramble along the River Otter stopping mid-way for a good pub lunch. We will definitely return for another visit.

Beautiful, clean and well appointed property

My daughter and I spent 3 nights in this gorgeous cottage. It is beautifully decorated and has all the mod cons. Very clean and comfortable and on arrival we received a Welcome pack with fresh eggs from the owners chickens! The cottage is very peaceful and we started to relax as soon as we walked in. One special thing about the furnishings are the fantastic original prints on the walls which have all come from The Brook Gallery in Budleigh. The cottage is well placed for you to visit Budleigh ( 5 minutes away by car ) and also to explore Devon with the beautiful coastline and moors nearby. In the village itself there is a shop which sells fresh produce along with other conveniences. The village pub ( a short walk from the cottage ) gives a great atmosphere of village life and the food is good. I would highly recommend this cottage and am looking forward to book a return visit.

Re jasmine cottage

It's a lovely place bright modern decor comfortable beds lovely owner Angela couldn't do enough for us and our little dog.gorgeous welcome tray wine scenes jam and cream etc .it was lovely.

Lovely cottage in a lovely village

Super cottage - they have thought of everything. Could happily move in! Just down on my own to visit daughter and new grandson and will definitely be back with husband. Safe for children and pets.
